We are smashingly in love with Dreamforge here and here is yet another reason to send love their way! For followers of the long-gone Kickstarter, here are the next infantry models for Eisenkern coming your way. For the rest of us... well all we can do is wait! These models are somewhat more static than their counterparts, but they are heavy weapons - no one is going to be running with those guns!

You might remember a little while back we saw some previews of the new Dream Forge Assault Troopers. Well today we got more details and they look temptingly good! So not only are they cool looking Heavies, have a look at those clear blades!
Certainly give the GW power weapons a run for their money! But as well as the models, we also got a better idea of their background and where they fit in the universe. DreamForge games released images today of the test fit for their highly anticipated Assault Trooper. They themselves admit there has been some light shrinkage in this test casting, but it was mainly put online so we could see the fit of parts - and it's a awesome-town! There are still the Heavy Troopers to come, and they are apparently in the process, so hopefully not long to wait. We're big fans of DreamForge - check out our DreamForge Project Blog for more!
Exciting news for those who backed the Dreamforge Kickstarter - your stuff is shipping! If you've seen the Leviathan I've been working on over the last few months, you'd be familiar with Dreamforge and their massive titan. Well here comes the 2nd one; the Leviathan Mortis. Not only that though, they are also shipping the new arm attachments for both titans. These will apparently be hitting retail around November - so get excited! So it's finally starting to go from a collection of sub-assemblies to an actual machine. Dreamforge have made an amazing kit, which although thick in parts actually looks to scale. Check out the progress as I continue to run out of paint and ponder if the weathering and paint chips are too much... and we add some nose art! You may have read on here before, how I have recently been painting the Dreamforge miniatures.
You can read below where I rave about the brilliant 28mm Stormtroopers, which are probably the best sci-fi 28mm soldiers on the market - rivalling the big boys like Games Workshop, that's for sure! Well at the same time I bought the Stormtroopers, I also bought the Leviathan Crudsader, and a Leviathan it is! The kits is LARGE. Read on |
